Kaizen Martial Arts Wyndham Vale is focused on providing both Childrens Self Defence and Mixed Martial Arts including Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Karate in the Wyndham Vale, Manor Lakes and surrounding areas. Kaizen Martial Arts provides a custom designed Kids Curriculum that provides a structured way of learning to maximise the students retention of knowledge and street applicable skill.
We provide a large training mat area, underpinning the main Red class area is 50mm Judo throwing mats covered by a special non slip material to maximise your Childs safety while training. Kaizen Martial Arts Wyndham Vale provides a specifically designed Jiu Jitsu both Gi and No-Gi programs for 7 year and older children.
Kids & Teens Martial Arts
Kids from 7 years of age and older have a series of Self Defence and Sports Jiu Jitsu classes to attend depending on their skill levels, Kaizen Martial Arts Wyndham Vale runs these classes 6 days per week, allowing parents the maximum flexibility in their schedule.
Kids Performance Coaching
Kaizen Martial Arts runs Kids Private Coaching for those that either want to increase their progression and in-depth understanding of the curriculum techniques, or for those that are looking to gain additional competition insights to compete in high level competition.
Kids BJJ Competition Coaching
Kaizen Martial Arts in Wyndham Vale is primarily focused on Kids Self Defence but we do run a successful children’s competition program, Kids are invited to participate in the Kaizen Comp Program, the take part if competition style warm ups, drills and rolling rounds.
Kids in our competition program compete across a variety of comps including the AFBJJ Kids State and National Comps, The IBJJF Pan Pacific Kids Comp, Grappling Industries Kids Comps, Metamorphica Comps and Invictus Kids Comps. Our kids also have the ability to do Judo competitions under the AKJA.

Kaizen Martial Arts Wyndham Vale provides a state of the art training facility, in Summer the building is fully air conditioned and in Winter the facility is centrally heated. This provides maximum comfort for both students and parents.
There is in excess of 100 car parks at the front and rear of the building, go the the rear main entrance, as you come in turn right and go to the end of the walkway the Kaizen training area is on the right, there are seperate Mens and Women toilets, We also have a full range of Gi’s, Back Packs, Great Bags, Tee Shirts, Hoodies, Drink Bottles another items that can support your training.
